These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and phjoy ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phjoy website, mobile platform, games, betting services, payment facilities, bonuses, and all other features available through phjoy.vu. These Terms must be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with phjoy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use phjoy. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Access to phjoy is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account you represent and warrant that these conditions are satisfied at registration and remain satisfied throughout your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Access by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. phjoy employs age verification at registration and reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from using online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list and must not be using phjoy in breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

phjoy reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of funds pending verification.

To access phjoy's full functionality — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a date of birth, and a secure password. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You may hold only one phjoy account. Operating multiple accounts — under your own name, different identities, or with another person — is prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. phjoy is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep login credentials confidential or from unauthorised access resulting from your own actions or negligence.
• You must update your account details promptly if any registration information changes, particularly your mobile number, which is used for OTP verification and withdrawal authentication.
• Accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review. phjoy will attempt to contact the registered mobile number before taking any action on a dormant account.

phjoy reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, the bonus balance and, in cases of confirmed fraud, any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited.

phjoy supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to supported Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions are subject to the following:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method chosen and your account verification status.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This anti-money-laundering requirement applies to all withdrawal requests regardless of amount.
• Withdrawal requests require completed account verification. Players who have not completed verification may experience delays. We recommend completing KYC verification promptly after registration.
• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• phjoy reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where the account is under active investigation.

phjoy does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges. phjoy has no control over third-party payment provider fees and accepts no liability for them.

phjoy offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-season promotions timed to BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and may not be claimed more than once, regardless of whether a new account is opened under a different mobile number. Bonuses are credited upon meeting the stated qualification criteria.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested.
• phjoy reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after crediting, phjoy will remove the bonus balance and any winnings derived exclusively from that bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game types will not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing opposing bets with bonus funds to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or coordinating with others to exploit a promotion — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, account suspension, and a permanent ban from future promotions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phjoy. Any breach may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds held in the account at the time of the breach.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with phjoy in place of genuine human use.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or deliberately losing to transfer value to another account.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, malfunctions, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained from a platform error are invalid and will not be paid. phjoy will correct errors and recover any erroneously credited amounts.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification, including using another person's identity, mobile number, or payment details.
• Using phjoy for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. phjoy complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

phjoy monitors platform activity for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, phjoy will take immediate action without being required to provide advance notice before suspending or closing an account.

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed or used on phjoy are the exclusive property of phjoy or its content licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any phjoy intellectual property. You may access and use phjoy solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any phjoy content without prior written consent.

Game content on phjoy — including slot graphics, live casino video streams, and sports data — is provided under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and NetEnt. Intellectual property rights in those titles remain with the respective providers and are used by phjoy under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phjoy's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• phjoy is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity. Online gambling involves financial risk and you accept that risk fully when you choose to place wagers.
• phjoy is not liable for any service interruption, platform downtime, or payment processing delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or government actions.
• phjoy is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity — arising from your use of the platform, even if phjoy has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phjoy's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by phjoy's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

phjoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We operate a strict 21+ policy and employ age verification at registration. All registered players have access to responsible gaming tools through their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. phjoy operates as an international online gaming platform.
